Your rights
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.
Server log files
Each time our website is accessed, our server automatically collects data transmitted by your browser (including IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, HTTP status code, referring website, browser and operating system). This data serves the stability and security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
Web hosting
Our website is hosted in the EU by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The provider processes the data transmitted via the website on our behalf. Partner contact form
When you contact us via the form on our website, we process the data you provide (name, email address and, if given, company, partner type, number of clients, and your notes on what you would like to build) in order to handle your request and get in touch with you. There is no automatic redirect into our application. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose, at the latest upon your withdrawal. To manage these requests we use the CRM system Pipedrive, provided by Pipedrive OÜ, Mustamäe tee 3a, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia. The data you submit is stored there on our behalf as a processor; we have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Contacting us via WhatsApp
We link a WhatsApp number on our website. The link only opens WhatsApp once you actively click it; simply visiting our website transfers no data to WhatsApp. We do not embed a WhatsApp chat widget. If you message us on WhatsApp, we process your mobile number, your profile name and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or our legitimate interest in fast communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the conversation as soon as your enquiry has been fully handled and no retention obligations apply. The service is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Message content is end-to-end encrypted, but metadata (including phone numbers, timing and frequency of communication) is processed by WhatsApp and may be transferred to servers of Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, standard contractual clauses. We have no influence over this processing by WhatsApp. Please do not send us sensitive data (Art. 9 GDPR) via WhatsApp; use email instead. Fonts
We serve fonts self-hosted from our own server. No data is transferred to external providers (such as Google Fonts) when you access the website.
Analytics
To improve our offering we collect statistics on how our website is used (including pages viewed, time on page, buttons clicked, referring website, browser, operating system and approximate region). For this we use PostHog, provided by PostHog, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Processing takes place exclusively on servers within the European Union; we have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The measurement is cookieless: no cookies are set and neither local storage nor session storage is used. You are not recognised across visits, and we do not combine this data with your person or with any sign-up details. We do not create session recordings. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in designing our website to meet demand (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As no information is accessed on your device, no consent under Section 25 TDDDG is required. Cookies
We only use technically necessary cookies, for example to store your language preference and to ensure the website functions. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. Our analytics works without cookies. No cookie consent is therefore required.
