Quickstart

Ask your first question, create an agent and build a workflow.

To ask a first question in the chat, you do not need to build an agent. The base chat answers, called lowcloud Chat in the app.

Prerequisites

PartRequirement
ChatAn account
AgentYou may build (the role admin, or the former role developer).
WorkflowYou may build and have connected an account for every service the workflow uses.

Every model call costs credit, in the chat just like when building and in every run. A new personal workspace receives a one-time starting credit.

In a workspace that a partner looks after, the partner builds. The client's people see no build functions there, regardless of their role.

Ask a first question

  1. Click New chat in the sidebar.
  2. Type your question and press Enter.

The answer comes in live. You find the conversation later under History in the expanded sidebar.

To attach files, use the paperclip, drag and drop, or Ctrl+V for screenshots. The limit is 5 files per message and 10 MB per file. Which file types the chat reads is described under Chat.

If the chat should work in a connected service, click + on the left of the input field and switch the service on. The menu lists the services that work, for example every service with a connected account.

Reading runs directly. At a writing action, the answer stops and shows a card with the values. Confirm and execute runs the action, Reject does not.

Create an agent

  1. Open an empty conversation.
  2. Click Create agent below the input field.
  3. Describe the task in your own words. The chat writes the name and description and shows the card Agent created.
  4. Click Keep building. The editor opens, with the form on the left and the column Build on the right.
  5. In the column Build, describe what the agent should be able to do. The build chat sets the instruction, tools and model, and the form saves automatically.
  6. Switch the column to Test and write the agent a message. Tools run for real, and only writing ones ask first.
  7. Set the chip in the header of the editor from Private to Workspace. After that, everyone in the workspace can chat with the agent.

It also works without a description: in the empty chat, click + in the tile row, then New agent. The editor opens with an empty agent.

What else you can set in the editor is described under Building agents.

Build a workflow

  1. Open an empty conversation.
  2. Click Create workflow below the input field.
  3. Describe the process in your own words. The chat shows the card Build workflow.
  4. Click Build. The builder opens, and the build chat creates the steps on the canvas.
  5. Test the workflow in the panel Test run below the trigger card. For a trigger from an integration, the panel fetches real events from your connected account.
A test run behaves like a real run. Anything set to Without approval really writes.
  1. Click Publish. This freezes the saved draft as an immutable version. It starts nothing.
  2. Click Set up for me. The workflow then runs through your accounts.
A published workflow does nothing until at least one person sets it up for themselves.

The whole process, using an example with email and CRM, is shown in Your first workflow.
