Operational notes

Upgrade carefully. Bumping the image tag (e.g. PostgreSQL 18 → 19) doesn't migrate your data files automatically. Dump first, deploy the new version, then restore.
Rotating passwords. Change the password environment variable and redeploy. The database picks up the new credentials on restart.
