Per-container resources, egress, and network defaults for projects on lowcloud Platform.

Every project runs in its own isolated environment, separated from other tenants:

Per-container resources are set by the size tier you pick.
Egress bandwidth is capped per container to keep noisy neighbors honest.
By default, the project allows public HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and traffic between services in the same project. Anything else is denied.
